This is very broad. I am not sure where the emphasis is. It sounds like it needs to separate priorities.
ReplyDeleteI would separate into two strategies: 1) Value, inspire people to take risks and re-examine opportunities.
ReplyDelete2) Cultivate partnerships to embrace dynamic growth.
I like what Donna said above about taking risks. We need to encourage a culture where it's OK to make mistakes, as long as we learn from them.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I'm not 100% sure about 'dynamic growth'. Our district population is growing, but will they be wanting different kinds of services from us or basically just more of the same services we are already providing?
ReplyDeleteA steady-state increase does not necessarily mean 'dynamic'.
